Terms of Service

Greenprint is an online-only digital tool that turns a description of your outdoor space into a design plan, renders, a plant palette, a materials board, a seasonal scheme, a walkthrough reel and an exportable Garden Pack.

Greenprint is a design and visualisation tool only. It is not a licensed landscape architecture, horticulture, engineering or construction service, and it does not carry out on-site work.

• We do not sell, supply or ship plants, seeds, soil, materials or tools.
• We do not perform on-site landscaping, installation, maintenance or repair.
• We do not broker or facilitate any physical transaction.
• We do not provide professional, legal, medical or financial advice or guarantee any result.

Any work involving structure (retaining walls, foundations), drainage, electrics, water features, or tree pruning/removal, and any accessibility alteration, must be checked with a qualified local professional and comply with local regulations. Greenprint is not responsible for the outcome of any work you carry out based on a design.

Some plants are toxic or an allergen risk to children and pets, and suitability depends on your climate, hardiness zone and soil. You must verify local suitability and safety before planting anything suggested by the tool.

You must be at least 13 to use Greenprint. Users aged 13–17 may use it only with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity under it.

Paid plans are subscriptions billed in USD through Stripe, monthly or yearly. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Design credits are included with each plan, reset each period and do not carry over. Credits are a service-usage count only: they are not sold separately, hold no stored or withdrawable value. Prices may change with notice for future periods.

You agree to use Greenprint lawfully and in line with our Acceptable Use Policy. You must not misuse the tool, infringe others' rights, or upload content you do not have the right to use.

We and our licensors own the Greenprint software and brand. Your rights to the design outputs and your uploaded content are set out in the Content License. You keep ownership of photos you upload.

Design outputs are generated automatically and are creative suggestions that can be inaccurate. See the AI Disclaimer. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any output before relying on it.

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, change or discontinue features.

To the extent permitted by law, Greenprint is provided on an 'as is' basis and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for the results of work you carry out based on a design. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
